Our Story
John K. Leynes
Founder & CEO
Sixth Generation Native of Jacksonville, Florida, John graduated from the University of Kentucky. After graduation, John relocated to California. There he worked in the commercial construction industry for 12 years.
Working for the famous, and not so famous in California, one project was the building of the sets for the "Budweiser Frog Pond" series of commercials.
John enjoys all types of construction. He enjoys the variety of projects and settings that it brings. Helping his clients make their environments the reality of their dreams is what he strives to do. He looks forward to discussing your building project and how he can help you live your dream.
Our Story
As a child, John worked with his family to restore several interesting Jacksonville homes and buildings. Working with grandparents and parents, he realized the beauty and value in saving older homes and buildings.
In 1999, John returned to Jacksonville to continue to help families and business' transform their dreams into reality!
